Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping goes out on Mondays and Fridays. All orders ship from Canada unless otherwise noted.
Canada
Tracked shipping on all orders. Delivery within 2–5 business days.
United States
Tracked shipping on all orders. Delivery within 7–12 business days. Import duties and taxes are included — no surprise fees at the door.
International
We ship worldwide. International orders are fully tracked and typically arrive within 9–16 business days. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Returns
Return Policy
We accept returns on aftermarket parts within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Genuine Parts
Due to the nature of vintage genuine Rolex parts, all sales of genuine components are final. Please verify compatibility before purchasing. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help.
How to Return
To initiate a return, email us at sakerwatches@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
